It's past 9pm on Friday night and I'm cuddled up on my couch with fuzzy socks and a blanket, breathing in my "calm and quiet place" candle, with a glass of water at my side. If society's common mindset in January 2020 could be summarized in a current mood, I'm totally embodying it now. The beginning of this calendar year hit with an enduring bang extrapolated by the new decade and simultaneous astrological Capricorn energy.

Let me just add, I live in Canada and it's so cold outside it hurts. Vehicles don't want to start and I don't want to get out of my warm covers in the morning - or any time of day for that matter. According to a radio ad, all Canadians are lethargic and going through various levels of sunlight withdrawal. How is this relevant? Well, my 'happy light' is beaming into my eyes, and my salt lamp is glowing in the corner. (I never said this would be super relevant).

Anyway, what I'm trying to say - with more personality than I'd often reveal to a stranger I met on the internet - is that I'm starting a blog!!!!

Come to think of it, you already new this from the title and the mere four letters in the nav bar. Whatever. Don't kill my vibe. We out here manifesting, hustling, practicing TikTok dances and becoming the future we want to see in ourselves.

2020 is serving plant-based vegan gluten free options, an expanding market for sustainable environmentally-friendly businesses, a hustling, let's freaking kill it attitude.

Make a plan. Put in work. ...See what happens? I don't know, no one has told us, we haven't gotten that far. Acceptance. And that's okay.

Back to the point. (Please disregard that exhausted thought vomit that feels to icky to proof-read. Ha.) This blog is intended to be a platform for discussion, maybe a little debate, and a whole lot of advice. I'm not about to publish some article to flatter my vanity and put me on a lonely virtual pedestal. I am here to talk about whatever the fuck I want and ask anyone who's willing to share their experience in a similar situation.
